(UNDATED) - Marsh supermarkets has a new CEO.
Shareholders voted overwhelmingly to approve the sale of the chain to Sun Capital Partners.
The price, $88-million, in cash. But the head of Sun said with debt assumption the cost is closer to $325-million.
The former chief of Winn Dixie stores, Frank Lazaran, will be running Marsh. He promises to build on Marsh's strengths and move forward.
