(UNDATED) - Several Indiana cities are on a recent list of the smartest cities in America in which to live, as judged by Kiplinger's Personal Finance.
Indianapolis ranks 14th nationally and Lafayette, Evansville and Bloomington also place in the top 50.
The rankings take into account cost of living, home prices and availability of arts, culture and colleges.
