INDIANAPOLIS—The Indiana Chamber of Commerce claims the funding problems of Social Security and Medicare won’t just go away.
The 'muddling through' strategy simply won't work. People living longer, rising health care costs and government promises to pay much of the costs for retirees call for proactive steps to be taken sooner rather than later.
