Last updated on Wednesday, November 30, 2005

INDIANAPOLIS—29 African American Ministers prayed that they Indianapolis City County Council does not enact the so-called Gay Rights Ordinance.

The ordinance would amend the city and county code to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation within municipal government... and among its contractors.

Even real estate and housing would be covered. The Reverend Terry Webster of New Corinthian Church is helping to organize a session in which 29 ministers will pray for 29 councelors.
