Colts Have Second Day Off
(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts have the day off for a second-straight day.
Head Coach Jim Caldwell has kept alive the club's tradition of taking Mondays off in November and December following wins.
The 18-14 victory over San Francisco was enough to give the players an extra day of rest as the Colts have won 16-straight regular season games and are off to a 7 and 0 start for the fifth time in six years.
They will return to practice on Wednesday as they begin preparing for their Sunday afternoon game with the Houston Texans at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The Texans are in second place in the AFC south at 5 and 3, two and-a-half games behind the Colts in the division.
