Former Hoosier Baller Chooses New School
(UNDATED) - Another former Indiana University basketball player has decided on his next school.
DeAndre Thomas, a 6-foot-8 forward that spent one season with the Hoosiers, will play next season at Robert Morris College in Chicago.
Thomas, who came to IU from Chipola Junior College, averaged 3.6 points and just under two rebounds per game this past season.
Thomas was one of numerous players dismissed this spring by new coach Tom Crean.
Thomas should be eligible to play next season at Robert Morris, since it is an NAIA school, not subject to NCAA division one transfer rules.
