Camara Released From Hospital; Cleared To Drive
(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Rookie driver Jaime Camara was cleared to drive by Indianapolis Motor Speedway medical officials on Tuesday.
Camara was briefly hospitalized following the month's only incident thus far. The 27-year-old Brazilian hit the turn-one safer barrier on Monday and was transported to Methodist Hospital for precautionary x-rays of his back. The x-rays were negative.
Rookie Mario Dominguez completed the fourth and final phase of his rookie test on Tuesday.
