Colts' Keith Pleads Not Guilty
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis Colts running back Kenton Keith entered a not guilty plea on a criminal trespassing charge.
Keith was arrested outside the "Cloud 9" night club early Sunday morning when he refused police orders to leave.
He was originally charged with four other misdemeanors which were dismissed by the Marion County Prosecutor's office.
Neither Keith nor his attorney commented about the case as they left court.
Keith is due back on May 13th for a pre-trial hearing. Judge Rebekah Pierson-Treacy gave Keith permission to travel outside the state.
