Bulldogs Clinch 6th Straight Sectional Title
(FRENCH LICK) - The second ranked Orleans Bulldogs were victorious Saturday night as they claimed another sectional title by defeating the Springs Valley Blackhawks, 32-24.
Orleans was led by junior Seth Comello who snuck around the Blackhawks' defense and scored a career high 17 points. Jacob Smith followed with 7 points and Evan Johnson claimed only 4 in the Bulldogs victory.
Zach Kellams led Springs Valley with 10 points and Taylor Wilkinson claimed 6. Landon Harner, Dustin Land, Isaac Schaber and Luke Wilson all scored 2 points each for the Blackhawks.
With the win, Orleans moves to an impressive 20-1 on the season and will face 19-5 Tecumseh in the North Daviess Regional this Saturday at Noon.
