Bluejackets Fail To Slay Dragons In Sectional Action

(RAMSEY) - The Mitchell Bluejackets fell to the Silver Creek Dragons in Class 3A sectional action last night, 63-57.
Evan Sanders led the Bluejackets with 15 points. David Wintczak had a breakout game and claimed 13 points of his own. Senior Austin Claudell and Zach Kern each had 11 points for the Bluejackets.
Player of the game honors were given to the seniors on the Mitchell squad.
With the loss, Mitchell seals their 2007-2008 season with a 9-11 record. 1340 AM WBIW would like to congratulate the Mitchell boys on a great season.
