Lady Stars Lose At Jennings County

(NORTH VERNON) - The BNL Lady Stars lost a close matchup on the road against the Panthers of Jennings County, 61-58.
The Lady Stars had the lead late in the fourth quarter but a 3-point play by the Panther's Katie Jackson pushed Jennings County ahead with 26 seconds remaining in the game.
Sophomore guard Amanda Anderson led the Lady Stars with 13 points and Tabi Terrell claimed 11 points of her own.
BNL moves to 12-4 on the season and 4-2 in conference play. Tune in to 1340 AM WBIW this Tuesday night when the Lady Stars travel to Bloomington North to face the Cougars.
