BNL, Orleans Win, Mitchell, Not So Much

(BEDFORD) - It was a huge weekend in local high school basketball.
The weekend really got underway Friday when the BNL Stars essentially beat the life out of county rival Mitchell putting up 79 points to the Bluejackets 48.
The Lady Stars also took a big win Saturday taking down Floyd Central 62-52.
The Mitchell Lady Jackets, however, faired little better than their men's team, when they were downed by 1 point to White River Valley in overtime, 52-53.
And 1 point was also the entire spread when the Orleans Bullsogs took down Lanesville 54-53.
