Rumors Of College Hall Of Fame Move Not True, Says CEO

(SOUTH BEND, IN) - The head of the group that runs the College Football Hall of Fame says there are no plans to move the hall from South Bend to Atlanta.
Steve Hatchell, President and CEO of the National Football Foundation, says the Hall of Fame is not looking for a new home.
Hatchell tells The South Bend Tribune that a group in Atlanta has expressed interest in the hall, but has not submitted any official proposal.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reported Friday that that the Atlanta Sports Council is involved in negotiations to move the Hall of Fame to Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta.
