Lady Stars Eat Madison's Lunch
(BEDFORD) - The Bedford North Lawrence girls squad took the Madison Cubs to the boards and cleaned their clocks 66-47.
The Lady Stars' Megan Burton lead in scoring putting up a full third of the girl's points, as they led by almost triple at half-time.
The Cubs had a strong third quarter putting up 21 points, but they just couldn't overcome the Lady Stars who continue their winning streak.
This win puts the Lady Stars at 8-2 on the season.
Up next for Stars are local rivals the Mitchell Lady Bluejackets. The pair will face off December 27th with a 7:30pm scheduled tipoff. You can hear all of the action on your station to the Stars, 1340 AM WBIW.
