(LEBANON) - Prosecutors have dropped a felony obstruction of justice charge against former Colts quarterback Jack Trudeau, in exchange for his guilty plea to a lesser charge in connection with underage drinking at his daughter’s graduation party.

Trudeau and his wife Lisa will pay a $5,000 dollar fine on charges of inducing minors to possess alcohol. Police say the Trudeaus allowed minors to drink at their Zionsville home.

Jack Trudeau had been accused of hiding a clipboard where he'd jotted down the names of guests as they arrived.
