Fire Breaks Out At Hall Of Champions
(INDIANAPOLIS) - A small fire erupted this morning in the NCAA Hall of Champions in Downtown Indianapolis.
Fire alarms went off and firefighters were greeted by smoke on the second floor. No one was hurt and the entire complex was evacuated, as a precaution.
The second floor took some smoke and water damage. No word yet on if any memorabilia was damaged.
Dennis Cryder with the NCAA says they are looking into a cause for the fire.
The NCAA Hall of Champions is a tourist attraction and part of White River State Park.
