USC defeated Notre Dame 38-0.
The loss for the Fighting Irish was their worst to the Trojans in the 79-game history of the series.
Trojans quarterback Mark Sanchez threw for 235 yards and four touchdowns.
The loss drops the Irish to 1-7, while the Trojans improve to 6-1.
