(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts return to the practice field today as they begin preparing for Sunday’s showdown with the New England Patriots at the RCA Dome.

The Colts and the Patriots are the lone remaining undefeated teams in the NFL with Indianapolis off to a 7-and-0 start while New England is 8-and-0.

The week-nine matchup is the latest that two unbeatens have faced off in an NFL game. Including last January's 38-34 win in the AFC Championship game, the Colts have won three straight over the Patriots.

This afternoon's practice should give Colts Coach Tony Dungy a chance to evaluate his injured players. Receiver Marvin Harrison sat out Sunday's win over Carolina with a lingering knee injury. Dungy did say that if last weekend's contest had been a playoff game, Harrison probably would have played but he opted to rest the 13-year veteran in hopes of having him ready for New England.

Safety Marlin Jackson left Sunday's game in Carolina with a neck injury and linebacker Freddy Keiaho missed the Panthers game with a head injury.
