Ball State Tops Western Michigan

(UNDATED) - Ball State defeated Western Michigan 27-23 Saturday.
The Cardinals won on a 1-yard touchdown run by Frank Edmonds with a little over a minute remaining. Sophomore safety Alex Knipp intercepted a pass with 20 seconds remaining to preserve the win.
With the victory, the Cardinals improve to 5-3 overall, while the Broncos fall to 3-5.
