(UNDATED) - Ball State defeated Western Kentucky Saturday 35-12.

It was a record setting day for sophomore quarterback Nate Davis. Davis set a school record by recording his seventh career game with at least 250 yards passing.

Davis threw for three touchdowns, giving him 18 on the season. That ties him with Joey Lynch for the single-season record; a record he also tied a year ago during his freshman campaign.

The victory lifts to Cardinals to 4-3 overall, while Western Kentucky falls to 3-3.
