South Bend Bank Suing Michael Vick For Loan Payment
(SOUTH BEND) - Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick’s legal troubles now extend to South Bend.
First Source Bank has sued Vick for two-million dollars it says he owes after his company took out a loan eight months ago to buy cars for a Payless Car Rental agency near Atlanta.
First Source demanded payment last month, and says Vick didn't pay up.
Vick has pleaded guilty to federal charges in connection with a Virginia dogfighting ring, and is facing state charges in the same case.
