Player Of The Week Honors For Ball State Footballers

(MUNCIE, IN) A pair of Ball State football players were honored by the Mid-American Conference for their efforts in the Cardinals’ overtime win at navy last Saturday.
Junior halfback Miquale Lewis is the West Division Offensive Player of the Week and sophomore defensive end Brandon Crawford is the West'S Special Teams Player of the Week.
Lewis racked up 178 all-purpose yards including a 12-yard touchdown reception with just under four minutes remaining to tie the game at 31. Crawford blocked Navy's potential game-winning field goal as time expired in regulation.
