Ball State RB Injures Knee, Comeback Questionable
(MUNCIE, IN) - Ball State running back Miquale Lewis is out indefinitely after suffering a knee injury in the Cardinals’ one-point loss at Nebraska last Saturday.
The sophomore out of Fort Wayne Snider was hurt in the fourth quarter of the 41-40 setback. The extend of the injury has not been disclosed but Head Coach Brady Hoke says it is possible that Lewis could be out for the season.
Lewis has rushed for 447 yards and two touchdowns in Ball State's first four games.
Frank Edmonds will get the start this Saturday against Buffalo.
