(INDIANAPOLIS) - Former IU basketball coach Bob Knight has lost a bid to make his insurance company pay the settlement of a lawsuit filed by a former assistant.

Knight paid Ron Felling $25,000 dollars five years ago to settle a lawsuit filed after knight allegedly shoved Felling into a TV during an argument.

A unanimous Indiana Court of Appeals agrees with a Marion superior judge that Knight's homeowners' insurance policy doesn't cover Felling's suit, because the incident was work-related.

Knight was fired nine months after the Felling confrontation and now coaches at Texas Tech.
