Purdue Guard Goes Under The Knife

(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - Purdue guard Chris Kramer is scheduled for a second surgery tomorrow in Indianapolis to repair compartment syndrome in both his legs.
He had surgery back in march but that didn't solve the problem.
The 6-foot, 3-inch Kramer led the boilers with 75 assists and 64 steals and started 24 games last season.
The freshman was named to the Big Ten All-Defensive Team and only trailed seniors Carl Landry and David Teague in scoring.
Kramer has been playing pickup games for the last month and is scheduled to be back on the court around the middle of September.
