(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indianapolis Colts President Bill Polian says the team wants to know whether Tarik Glenn will continue his NFL career by the start of training camp.

Several reports have said that Glenn will retire, but the ten-year veteran left tackle has not made any official announcement.

Polian says the Colts won't pressure Glenn into making an announcement or try to talk him out of retiring, but that he wants this resolved before next week.

The Colts report to Rose-Hulman Institute on Sunday and begin training camp workouts on Monday.
