Indians Take Down Charlotte

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Indians closed out their series with Charlotte by beating the Knights 4-1.
Brian Bixler put Indianapolis on the board with a solo homer in the first. Einar Diaz added a two-run double in the second.
Marty McLeary picked up the win, allowing a run on four hits over six innings to improve to 4-and-1.
The Indians wrap up their twelve-game homestand with a four-game series against the Rochester Red Wings.
Game one of that series is tonight at Victory Field.
