Former Purdue Footballer Gets Prison Time

(WEST LAFAYETTE) - A former Purdue University football player has received a 37-year prison sentence for beating up two women on campus.
21-year-old Kyle Williams was convicted of attempted rape, battery and confinement in connection with the attacks, which occurred 90 minutes apart on November 29th, 2005.
Williams had been released from his scholarship at Purdue days before the attacks.
