(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Offense was at a premium at Victory Field on Sunday as the Indianapolis Indians and the Columbus Clippers split a doubleheader.

Indianapolis won game-one 1-0 in eight innings. Chris Aguila's pinch-hit RBI single with two out in the inning drove home Brian Bixler with the winning run. Former Ball State pitcher Bryan Bullington pitched five shutout innings for the Indians but did not figure in the decision.

The Clippers came back with a 2-0 win in game-two. Darnell McDonald drove home the eventual game-winner with a sacrifice fly in the second while pitcher Billy Traber gave Columbus an insurance run when he walked with the bases loaded in the sixth.

The Indians open a three-game series with the Toledo mud hens tonight at Victory Field.
