Two Of Four Indiana Teams Ready For NCAA Tourney

(UNDATED) - The Irish and Bulldogs are heading to the Big Dance.

The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame drew Winthrop in the first round of the NCAA men's basketball tournament. The Irish are 24-and-7 after reaching the semifinals of the Big East tournament, where they lost to eventual champion Georgetown.

The Eagles are 28-and-4 and are champions of the Big South conference. They will play on Friday in Spokane, Washington.

The Butler Bulldogs will face Old Dominion in the first round of the NCAA men's basketball tournament Thursday in Buffalo. The Bulldogs are 27-and-6 after losing to Wright State in the championship game of the Horizon League tournament last Tuesday night.

The Monarchs are 24-and-8 after reaching the semifinals of the Colonial Athletic Association tournament where they lost to George Mason.
