Rhodes In Court On Wendesday

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Former Colts running back Dominic Rhodes pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of reckless driving Wednesday in Marion County Superior Court.

Rhodes was arrested on February 20th when he was pulled over by Indiana State Police for speeding and was given a breathalyser test. Rhodes' blood alcohol tested at .09, just over the state's .08 threshold for intoxication.

The 28-year-old was given a 180-day suspended sentence and fined $1000.

Rhodes signed with the Oakland Raiders as a free agent two weeks ago.
