(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Wesley Mathews tipped in a go-ahead basket with 1.8 seconds left as the Indiana Pacers rallied from an 18-point deficit to stun Paul George and the Oklahoma City Thunder 108-106.

"This team fights," Matthews said in the locker room after the game. "That's one of the big reasons why I chose to come here. We fight, we compete. No lead it too much. We needed a win against a playoff team, and that's what we got to do going forward."

Matthews was one of six Pacers to score in double figures, finishing with 16 points while Domantas Sabonis led the team with 26 off the bench.

Paul George continued his MVP-type season as he had a game-high 36 points in his return to Indy, adding six rebounds, five assists and two blocks.

The Pacers improve to 44-25 and next begin a grueling four-game Western Conference road trip that opens Saturday against the Denver Nuggets.
