Vinateri Breaks Scoring Record, Colts Knock Off Raiders

(OAKLAND, CA) - Adam Vinateri kicked himself to the top of the record books as the Colts knocked off the Oakland Raiders 42-28.

Vinateri became the NFL's all-time scorer in the second quarter when he connected on his second field goal of the game, a 25-yarder that leapfrogged him over Morten Anderson to become the new all-time points leader. Vinateri would add three more extra points to push his current total to 2,550 for his career.

Andrew Luck threw three touchdowns for 239 yards while Marlon Mack ripped off 132 yards on the ground and two touchdowns.

The offensive line didn't allow a sack and the Colts racked up 222 yards on the ground.

Indianapolis moves to 3-5 as they head into their bye week.
