Colts Head Into Bye Week

Last updated on Tuesday, October 30, 2018

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - As the Colts get ready to head into their bye week for some much needed R&R they met with the media one last time on Monday.

Colts GM Chris Ballard said the team is hopeful they will get second-round pick Tyquan Lewis on the field for their Week 11 game against the Tennessee Titans.

"This is our off-week," Ballard said. "He'll work with our strength and conditioning staff and they'll put him through three full days of hard work to really work on getting his conditioning back up."

Lewis has yet to play a down for the Colts this season as he's been on injured reserve with a toe injury since the preseason.

Meanwhile, it will be interesting to see if Ballard and the Colts are buyers, sellers or neither as the NFL Trade Deadline is Tuesday at 4pm EST.
