Malik Hooker Returns To Field, Michael Cirino Signed To Colts Squad

Last updated on Wednesday, May 16, 2018

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Colts safety Malik Hooker was back on the field for the first time since major knee surgery on Tuesday.

Hooker took the next step in his ACL rehab by doing back pedaling, cutting and breaking in different directions.

It will be the second straight year he misses the entire offseason program as he needed surgeries to repair a torn labrum and hernia last year.

Meanwhile, the Colts continued to tinker with their roster as they swapped out defensive backs as they signed undrafted safety Michael Cirino and released cornerback Kenneth Acker.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport also reports the team met with veteran running back Terrence West on Tuesday. West appeared in five games with the Ravens last season before suffering a quad injury.
