(CLEVELAND, OH) - Game 1 went to the Pacers as Indiana soundly defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers on their home court 98-80.

Victor Oladipo scored a game-high 32 points while Myles Turner added 16 points and 8 rebounds as Indiana jumped out to a 32-14 lead in the first quarter and were hardly challenged outside of a 27-point third quarter by Cleveland.

The Pacers shot over 45 percent from the field, hit eleven 3-pointers and forced 16 turnovers.

LeBron James led the Cavs with 24 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds but Cleveland struggled mightily to find any consistency. The Cavs made only 8 of their 34 three-point attempts.

It was the first time the Cavaliers lost in the first-round since LeBron returned to the team and James' first first-round loss since 2012 when he was still with the Miami Heat.

"We believe we can win," Oladipo said. "We came into this game with a mentality that we wanted to attack on both ends of the floor and play the way we've been playing all year, and we did a great job of that. It's only one game, it's only Game 1."

The Pacers and Cavs get back at it with Game 2 on Wednesday.
