Last updated on Wednesday, January 31, 2018

(COLUMBUS, OH) - The Hoosiers were no match for No. 17 Ohio State as the Buckeyes routed Indiana 71-56.

Zach McRoberts scored five points in the first minute of the game but Ohio State would go on a 10-0 run and never lose the lead from then on.

Five Buckeyes scored in double figures, with senior Jae'Sean Tate leading the team with 16 points while teammate Keita Bates-Diop racked up 13 points, 13 rebounds, five assists and four blocks. Ohio State shot over 55 percent from the field and out-rebounded Indiana 39-26.

For the Hoosiers, Devonte Green led the way with a game-high 20 points but Juwan Morgan would be the only other player to score in double figures as he added 15 points.

The Hoosiers have lost three straight games and four of their last five. The schedule gets no easier as they face their third straight ranked team on Saturday when they host No. 5 Michigan State.
