"Tough, Tough Loss" For Stunned Pacers

Last updated on Tuesday, December 19, 2017

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - An errant pass by Bojan Bogadanovich led a late Boston score as the Celtics stunned the Pacers 112-111.

Terry Rozier jumped in front of Bogdanovich's lob pass to Victor Oladipo and hammered a go-ahead dunk with 1.5 seconds left remaining. It was a stunning collapse as Indiana saw a 5-point lead vanish in the final 31 seconds.

"It's a tough loss. It's a tough, tough loss," Victor Oladipo said after the game.

Oladipo had a game-high 38 points, 12 of which were in the final two minutes.

"We gave ourselves a chance and we competed with the best team in the Eastern Conference. We just have to continue to get better."

The Celtics hit 16 3-pointers in the game and Kyrie Irving led Boston with 30 points.

The Pacers get back to work on Wednesday when they visit the Atlanta Hawks.
