(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Colts had the Pittsburgh Steelers on the ropes but were unable to close as a 33-yard field goal by Chris Boswell as time expired allowed the Steelers to escape with a 20-17 win.

Pittsburgh rallied with 17 unanswered points as Ben Roethlisberger hit a pair of 7-yard touchdown passes before Boswell's game-winner.

It was a disappointing end for a game in which the Colts looked to be making great strides. Chester Rogers had a career day, hauling in six catches for 104 yards and a touchdown.

The defense kept Roethlisberger, Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown mostly in check and Jacoby Brissett threw for 222 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.

"Big Ben is Big Ben," Colts head coach Chuck Pagano said after the game. "He finds guys and we've got him in second-and-long and he finds a guy, and then he scrambles around and finds Antonio Brown. That's what he does."

Some controversy came after the game as Jacoby Brissett was entered in the league's concussion protocol. Brissett suffered a hit to the head in the second half and grabbed his head but the team said they did a concussion test twice and he was cleared both times. Brissett never missed a play but reportedly developed the concussion symptoms after the game.

The Colts sit at 3-7 and now head into their bye week.
