Andrew Luck Not Close To Returning To Practice

Last updated on Monday, October 30, 2017

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A report from the Indianapolis Star says Colts quarterback Andrew Luck is “not close” to returning and will not practice this week and has no timetable for when he will return.

Fox Sports' Jay Glazer reported that Luck began feeling pain again after throwing and is seeking medical opinions to determine why. He is expected to seek multiple opinions by shoulder specialists in the coming days.

Luck hasn't thrown since October 27 when he received a cortisone shot.

Over the weekend on NFL Network's Good Morning, Football former Colts linebacker and Andrew Luck teammate D'Qwell Jackson said he doesn't believe Luck will be back, possibly ever.

"If you take a step back for guys who have injuries around the league that keep them out eight to nine to ten months, you're talking about career-ending injuries. No one is talking about that."
