(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - Caleb Swanigan led No. 23 Purdue in an 80-59 rout of No. 25 Northwestern.
Swanigan led the Boilermakers with 24 points and 16 rebounds while Vince Edwards added 17 points, including a season-high five 3-pointers.
Purdue dominated the conference's best 3-point defense, going 12-of-23 in the game and snapping the Wildcats six-game win streak. The Boilermakers were in charge the whole way, heading in to halftime with a 45-23 lead.
They get another top-25 team on Saturday when they visit No.17 Maryland.
