(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Andrew Luck sat out of Wednesday’s practice with a right shoulder and right elbow injury.
Luck was hit 13 times in the game against the Texans, which Chuck Pagano said was the reason the Colts QB sat out.
"He got whacked around pretty good last week. He should be okay."
Luck missing practice has become a trend this season as the offensive line continues to struggle to protect him from opposing defenses.
Luck said he wished he could have been out there with his teammates.
"I'm a big believer in practice and it hurts your soul not to be out there. Obviously some things are done for the better for this team and for yourself. And today was the right decision."
