Colts' Kendall Langford To Undergo Knee Surgery

Last updated on Wednesday, August 10, 2016

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Chuck Pagano announced Kendall Langford will be sidelined 3-4 weeks after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery.

The Colts are already without Henry Anderson and Arthur Jones so Zack Kerr will step in for first team reps.

Pagano says he's hopeful Langford can be back in time for start of the regular season.

Meanwhile, he expressed disappointment in the cancellation of their Hall of Fame game against the Green Bay Packers but said it was the right call.

"We were disappointed obviously. We wanted to see how we stack up against a top organization like Green Bay and see what some of our young guys could do. It was a tough decision but we know it was the right one. Player safety is paramount."
