(BEDFORD) — The Bedford Little League Major Division (11&12-year olds) All-Stars girls beat Jeffersonville/GRC 10-0 and 22-2, Sunday at BNL to sweep the Section 4 Championship and will represent the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence County at the State Tournament.
The Bedford Little League Majors Girls play on Saturday, July 16 in the State tournament at Yorktown. They have pool play Saturday at 3:30 p.m. versus the Section 1 winner, Sunday at 2 versus Section 2 winner, and Monday at 6 versus District 7 champion.
The semifinals are on Tuesday and the state championship game is Wednesday, July 20.
