(MARTINSVILLE) - The Bedford Intermediate Division All-Stars defeated Martinsville Friday in the District Championship, 25-2.
Whitt Callahan went 3 for 5 with a pair of homeruns, including grand slam, and eight RBIs, while teammate Colton Brown was 3 for 4 with a homerun, a triple, a double, five RBIs and five runs scored.
Evan Waggoner had a pair of home runs, while going 3 for 5 with three RBIs and two runs scored. Braydon Brown was 2 for 2 with a homerun, three RBIs and three runs scored.
Konley Woodward went 4 for 5, doubled twice, drove in two runs and scored twice. Grant Dalton also doubled, had two RBIs and scored twice, Aden Pemberton was 2 for 3 with two runs scored and a pair of RBIs and Garrett Thomas 2 for 2 with four runs scored.
