After Arrest Order, Former Colt Clint Session Says He Can't Pay

Last updated on Thursday, May 12, 2016

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The story of former Colt Clint Session continues to take a turn for the worse.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the former linebacker as he faces six months in jail for failure to pay nearly $382,000 in child support for his special needs daughter.

Reports say shortly after filing a paternity suit in 2012, Session gave his parents $5 million and told the court it was a gift and he didn't have access to the funds. A Broward County court ruled, however, that Session continued to take money from his parent "as if it were an ATM or checking account".

Session still lives in a house valued at $800,000 in Indiana, owns a juice bar that generates $2,000-3,000 a month and earned $17.5 million in guarantees from a five-year contract he signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars back in 2011.

A series of concussions plagued Session in his one year in Jacksonville and he was released in 2012.
