(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) Colts linebacker D’Qwell Jackson is being sued by a man he allegedly assaulted last year.
The Indianapolis Star reports that a suit has been filed that stems from the February 2015 incident involving Jackson and a pizza delivery driver in Washington, D.C. Jose Bonillla-Fuentes says that Jackson threatened his life and tried to choke him.
Jackson was arrested was arrested after the incident and rejected a plea offer from prosecutors. A non-jury trial on the assault charge is scheduled for March 9.
