(West Lafayette, IN) - Purdue ran their record to 9-0 in an 80-53 stomp of IUPUI.
It wasn't a cake walk as the final score would indicate, as the Boilermakers lead by only 8 points for 27 minutes before going on a 24-1 run the next 7:42.
A.J. Hammons led with 14 points while Caleb Swanigan had an 11 point 14 rebound double double. Purdue hit 51.9 percent from the field.
For IUPUI, Darell Combs scored 14 points.
The Boilermakers forced 10 steals and 9 blocks.
Purdue next hosts Howard on Wednesday while the Jaguars visit Missouri State on Thursday.
