(West Lafayette, IN) - Purdue set a team-record with eighteen 3-pointers in their 107-79 rout against Vermont.

Dakota Mathias came off the bench and led the Boilermakers with 17 points, hitting 5-of-7 from beyond the arc. Vince Edwards and Caleb Swanigan each had 14 points.

A.J. Hammons sat out a second consecutive game, with no explanation of the benching by head coach Matt Painter who said, "It's an internal thing, and hopefully, he can get things taken care of and play Wednesday night. We're trying to help him."

Purdue hosts Incarnate Word on Wednesday.
