Colts Preparing For Games Without Luck

Last updated on Thursday, November 12, 2015

(Indianapolis, IN) - Despite giving a 2-6 week timetable for Andrew Luck’s recovery for a lacerated kidney and abdominal tear sources say the Colts are bracing to be without their franchise QB for at least a month.

As the Colts turn to Matt Hasselbeck in Andrew Luck's absence the team is apparently making some phone calls for some veteran arms, reportedly trying to convince Jason Campbell out of retirement. Campbell played for the Browns in 2013, the one year Colts offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski was head coach in Cleveland.

The Colts Darius Butler was named AFC Defensive Player of the Week. Butler's diving interception clinched the Colts' victory over the Broncos. Butler is the third Colt to win AFC honors this season, with Mike Adams and Pat McAfee also winning awards.
